Who we are

What we collect

The enquiry form collects your name, email, business name, selected service, message and whether you request a website preview. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. Our hosting provider may also process standard security and access logs.

How we use and store it

Website enquiries are saved in a private database outside the public website and a notification is sent to our enquiries contact. We use Microsoft 365 for email and Hostinger for website hosting. These providers may process information in Australia and overseas. Access is restricted to the people and providers needed to manage the enquiry and deliver the work.

Retention

We remove unconverted website intake records after 180 days through scheduled maintenance. Email correspondence, backups and records for an agreed engagement may follow different retention periods where needed for service delivery, business records or legal obligations.

Cookies and tracking

The enquiry form uses an essential session cookie for security and duplicate-submission protection. We use short-lived keyed network fingerprints to limit spam. This website does not install advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Portfolio links may take you to other websites with their own policies.

Your choices

You can contact us by email instead of using the form. Ask us to access, correct or remove your enquiry information, or raise a concern, using the contact above. We will respond and explain any records we need to retain.
